1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GlamGuider including our website at glamguider.com, our Android and iOS mobile applications, and all associated features and services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Ventura Digital Solutions LLP ("GlamGuider", "we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use GlamGuider, you must:
1 - Be at least 18 years of age, or 13 years or older with verifiable parental or guardian consent
2 - Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
3 - Not be barred from using the platform under applicable Indian law
By registering an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use GlamGuider only for lawful purposes. You must not:
1 - Post content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful to any individual or group
2 - Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation
3 - Post reviews or content that are fake, paid for, incentivised, or otherwise misleading
4 - Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform or its data
5 - Use the platform to distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or malware
6 - Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights of any third party
7 - Attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or community rankings through any means
8 - Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration You may need to create an account to access certain features including community reviews, streaks, rewards, and Trial Kit applications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.2 Account Security You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.3 Account Termination GlamGuider reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse any feature of the platform.
5. Community Reviews & User-Generated Content
GlamGuider's community review system is built on honesty. By submitting a review, comment, rating, or any other content ("User Content") on the platform, you confirm and agree that:
1 - The content is your own original opinion based on genuine personal experience
2 - The review has not been paid for, incentivised, or requested by any brand or third party
3 - The content does not violate the rights of any person, brand, or organisation
4 - The content is not defamatory, offensive, or misleading
5 - You grant GlamGuider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and use your content on the platform and in associated promotional materials
Review Integrity Policy GlamGuider prohibits the submission of fake, paid, or incentivised reviews. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this policy. Repeated violations may result in account suspension. Brands or users found attempting to manipulate reviews will be permanently removed from the platform.
6. Ingredient Checker
The GlamGuider Ingredient Checker is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of ingredient data, we do not guarantee:
1 - That ingredient information is complete, current, or error-free
2 - That safety ratings reflect your individual skin type, medical condition, or specific allergies
3 - That the Ingredient Checker constitutes medical, dermatological, or clinical advice
The Ingredient Checker is not a substitute for professional dermatological consultation. Always perform a patch test before using new skincare products. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, consult a qualified dermatologist before relying on any information provided on GlamGuider.
GlamGuider shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, skin conditions, or health outcomes arising from use of the Ingredient Checker.
7. Deals, Coupons & Affiliate Links
7.1 Nature of Deals Deals and coupons listed on GlamGuider may be sourced through affiliate partnerships. GlamGuider may earn a commission when users click on certain deals and make a purchase. This does not influence which deals are listed or the editorial integrity of product reviews.
7.2 Accuracy of Deals Offer details, pricing, availability, and expiry dates are subject to change without notice. GlamGuider is not responsible for:
1 - Pricing errors or discrepancies between listed and actual prices
2 - Products being out of stock at the time of redemption
3 - Any loss arisin7 from reliance on deal information
7.3 Cashback & Offers Any cashback, discount, or promotional offer communicated through GlamGuider is subject to the terms of the respective brand or partner platform. GlamGuider is not responsible for non-fulfilment of offers by third-party brands.
8. Streaks, Rewards & Loyalty Points
8.1 Eligibility While the Platform is available to users of all age groups for general informational use, the right to submit reviews, ratings, testimonials, or other user-generated feedback, and to participate in any associated rewards or incentive programs, is limited strictly to individuals aged 18 years or above. Users under the age of 18 shall not be eligible to post reviews or claim rewards under any circumstances.
8.2 Earning Points Points are earned by participating in eligible activities on the platform, including completing daily check-ins, submitting reviews, and other community activities. GlamGuider may change the activities eligible for points and the number of points awarded at any time without prior notice.
8.3 Redeeming Points Minimum redemption thresholds apply and will be displayed in your account dashboard. Points may be redeemed for vouchers, deals, or other benefits as specified on the platform from time to time. Points and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.4 Validity & Expiry Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated. GlamGuider reserves the right to cancel, modify, or expire points in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
8.5 Programme Changes GlamGuider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Streaks and Rewards programme at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on GlamGuider including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the GlamGuider name and brand identity, the Ingredient Checker database, platform design, and code is owned by or licenced to Ventura Digital Solutions LLP.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any GlamGuider content without prior written permission.
User-generated content remains the intellectual property of the original author, subject to the licence granted in Section 5 of these Terms.
10. Content Accuracy & Disclaimer
GlamGuider strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date content across the platform. However, we do not guarantee that all information including ingredient data, product descriptions, deals, or community reviews is error-free, complete, or current.
All content is provided on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes. GlamGuider does not endorse any specific product, brand, or treatment. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical, dermatological, nutritional, or clinical advice.
11. Third-Party Links & Partnerships
GlamGuider may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. GlamGuider is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party platform. Accessing a third-party link is entirely at your own risk.
GlamGuider may have commercial partnerships with brands. Where such relationships influence content placement (for example, Sponsored placements in the product Page or Deals section or Ad space), this will be clearly disclosed.
12. Referral Programme
GlamGuider's Referral Programme allows existing members to invite new users to join the platform and earn reward points when their referral successfully completes the required steps.
12.1 How It Works
1 - Every registered GlamGuider user receives a unique referral link available in their account dashboard
2 - When you share your referral link with someone who is not yet a GlamGuider member, they become your referree
3 - Both the referrer and the referree must complete all required steps as specified in the programme for either party to receive referral points
12.2 Eligibility
1 - The referral programme is open to all verified GlamGuider accounts in good standing
2 - The referree must be a new user who has never previously registered on GlamGuider — referrals of existing accounts are not eligible
3 - Both the referrer and the referree must be 18 years of age or above
12.3 Required Steps for Points to be Awarded
Referral points will only be credited to both the referrer and the referree when all of the following conditions are met:
1 - The referree must use the referrer's unique referral link to register registrations made without the proper link will not qualify
2 - The referree must complete the full registration process including account verification
3 - The referree must complete any additional steps specified in the programme at the time of referral such as completing their profile, downloading the app, or completing a first review as communicated on the platform
4 - Both accounts must remain active and in good standing at the time points are credited
Points will not be awarded if any of the above steps are incomplete, skipped, or completed out of the specified order.
12.4 Points Credit
1 - Referral points will be credited to both accounts only after all required steps have been successfully verified by GlamGuider
2 - Points may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account dashboard after eligibility is confirmed
3 - GlamGuider reserves the right to withhold or reverse points if any step is found to have been completed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms
12.5 Misuse & Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification, point forfeiture, and possible account suspension:
1 - Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referral points
2 - Using the same device, IP address, or payment method to create multiple referral accounts
3 - Offering cash, gifts, or other incentives to individuals to use your referral link
4 - Any other attempt to manipulate the referral system
GlamGuider uses automated and manual checks to detect fraudulent referral activity. Any points credited through fraudulent means will be reversed without notice.
12.6 Programme Changes
GlamGuider reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Referral Programme at any time. Changes to point values, eligibility criteria, or required steps will be communicated on the platform. Points already credited to accounts in good standing will not be affected by programme changes unless fraud is detected.
13. Privacy & Data
Your use of GlamGuider is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. No Warranties
GlamGuider is provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
1 - The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
2 - Results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable
3 - Any defects will be corrected
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, GlamGuider and Ventura Digital Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
1 - Your use of or inability to use the platform
2 - Reliance on any ingredient data, review, or deal information on the platform
3 - Any adverse reaction to a product discovered through the platform
4 - Unauthorised access to your account data
5 - Any interruption or cessation of the platform's services
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlamGuider, Ventura Digital Solutions LLP, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
1 - Your use of the platform
2 - Your User Content
3 - Your violation of these Terms
4 - Your violation of any third party's rights
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
18. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, the details of the Grievance Officer are:
