Kausalya B — Founder & CEO, GlamGuider

Kausalya B spent years in digital marketing watching brands spend more on influencer campaigns than on formulation quality. She built GlamGuider to give India's beauty consumers the one thing the industry wasn't offering the truth.

With a background in digital strategy and consumer behaviour through her marketing agency Admobs, Kausalya built GlamGuider from the ground up without VC funding. In 15 months, the platform has grown to 3.5 lakh monthly active users, 10,000+ daily active users, and a 4.5-star rating on the Play Store from over 2,500 real user reviews.
