At GlamGuider, we’re committed to giving you control over your personal information. If you decide our platform isn’t right for you anymore, you can permanently delete your GlamGuider account. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Before you proceed, here’s what account deletion means:
- ✓ Your profile information will be permanently removed.
- ✓ Your Loyalty Points and rewards will be removed.
- ✓ You will no longer be able to log in with the same credentials.
How to Delete Your GlamGuider Account
There are two ways to delete your account, from the app or from the website
From the GlamGuider App (Best Method)
- Open the GlamGuider app and log in.
- Tap on your Profile.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- You’ll see a confirmation screen. Tap “Yes, Delete My Account”.
From GlamGuider Website
- Go to your User Dashboard.
- Go to your Profile and you will see a delete account option.
- Click and you’ll see a confirmation screen. Tap “Yes, Delete My Account”.
Can I Recover My Account After Deletion?
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
